I know this movie is crap and I am positive something happened in the editing room. A suspiciously lean 90-minute running time and no theatrical debut. I hear the original length was supposed to be something like 107 minutes. It was directed by Dean Semler who, in the same year, had the exact same happen to Firestorm. This also was supposed to be a totally different film but Fox cut it down to 88 minutes for some reason. So much was it removed from the original script that Graham Yost (Speed) took his name off the credits. Yost also wrote Hard Rain and I know for a fact this movie was completely different in the beggining and went thru extensive reshoot. Shot in 1996 and planned for a 1997 release this movie had many scenes and characters that were not in the final cut. It was also originally titled The Flood and was more of a disaster movie, not a heist movie.

Anyone got any info they can share on any of this?
