There is no region 2 release with outtakes. There is just a suggestion that there might be. The French company that owns the footage (and indirectly financed the film -I think they ended up with the assets of the company that did) might do their own DVD with the scenes. The hope is, if it gets made, it might filter over to us in region 1. Here's a link
