Best Live Album?
Back in the 70s there was quite the glut of live albums. Lately the live album seems to have fallen out of favor, with the exception of the 'notable' release of 50+ live CDs from Pearl Jam.....or perhaps the "Metallica" disks.
So, does anybody have a particular live recording that they are fond of for whatever reason?
My vote would go to two 'old school' albums.....Peter Frampton's "Frampton Comes Alive" and "Cheap Trick at Budokan". Why? Because live albums had never been done that well before.....they totally eclipsed the studio versions.
