Oh yes, I've definitely noticed that in the 20 or so times I've seen this movie.
It's been disputed whether this was a continuity error or intentional - I tend to subscribe to the latter.
And not to nitpick, but I think the lines are actually:
Beginning: "...I'm gonna execute every motherfucking last one of you!"
End: "...I'm gonna execute all of you motherfuckers!"
