Sorry, you're way off on that. According to IMDB.com, the movie cost 95 million dollars to produce, which means they're not including marketing and advertising in that figure. In the US, the movie grossed a little over 43 million. Unless my mental math fails me, that's UNPROFITABLE.

Of course, I'm sure it'll eventually get in the black once you factor in foreign B.O., video, cable & PPV.
Also, I know this isn't scientific, but over at ew.com, a third of the readers who bothered to respond to the poll said that the movie was worse than they had expected, and gave it a C+ grade. Not the worst news in the world, but probably that sort of lethargy and indifference towards the movie is why you're not going to see a deluxe edition of Reign of Fire anytime soon, unless it's licensed from another company like Anchor Bay.
