Well, since there really isn't a "master list" of EVERY DVD player and which MPEG decoder it uses, it's hard to tell. Other Toshiba players HAVE been identified as having the chroma bug, so it does stand to reason that your players have it also.
This is not to say your players therefore "suck" because of this. ALL of my Pioneer players have it and I'm very happy with the video performance I get from them. I still want to do more progressive scan testing with my
Pioneer DV-656a, but overall I like its performance.
