It gets better... I just read a report that Japanese GCN sales this week were just under PS2 total sales by a thousand units. 37000 GCN's to PS2's 38000 units!!! That's a huge improvement compared to the usual 8000 - 12000 units Nintendo sell every other week. GBA obliterated everyone with 150 000 untis sold this week
The Top 5 games in the charts are all Nintendo based. The Top 2 are the new Pokemon titles for GBA, and Reisdent Evil 0 at number 3 with Mario Party 4 at 5!
Seems the Japanese public were really looking forward to a NEW Resident Evil title since the remake didn't cause the sales surge everyone thought it would.
Let's hope the GCN continues this trend and breaking the 1 million units sold by Xmas!!!
