The second Castlevania game for the GBA is much better than Circle of the Moon. The screen is much lighter and it's made by the same team that did Symphony of the Night for the playstation.

Advance Wars is really fun to play
Golden Sun is a good RPG
Wario Land 4 is a fun platformer
Sonic Advance is really fun, like the Genesis titles
Mario Kart is great and is more like the SNES version which is a good thing in my opinion

Link to the Past is the best game ever in my opinion, so you should pick that up.
