I'm surprised that the latest installment of the Resident Evil franchise is still registering with the public. I can understand the nostalgia factor with Metroid, but between MP and RE0, both moved half a million in software sales already.
I'm one of those who might end up buying both eventually, so it's not hard to understand why both are selling well.
The bundles that retailers were offering for this weekend's sales should help GC sales (and I noticed quite a few moms adding GC units to their shopping carts). Best Buy has a sweet deal (free carrying case, Wavebird wireless controller and $50 in GC coupons - a $59 value) when you buy a GC. Not that I need another GC, but I so want a Platinum version, which would match my TV. I can use the black one with my PC.
