The B speaker hook ups are for a second room so for 5.1 sound you shouldn't be able to hear them and your surrounds (which I presume are using A) at the same time. If you don't want any low frequency sent to the front mains set them to normal or small and set your crossover accordingly. I don't know how good the KLH speakers handle low frequencies but if they can handle it let them. The sub should only being handlng the bass that the mains can't by setting the crossover above where the low frequency rolls off from the mains. Oh and on my receiver if I use speaker B the sub is automatically shut off for the reason that they expect the B speakers to be in a different room than the sub is located.
