When I rented Sleepy Hollow the other day, I noticed a problem in the scene where the torches are extinguished in front of the lookout tower. There are four torches, but only three showed up on my screen, with the leftmost torch missing.

Admittedly, my TV is a traditionaly square JVC AV-27950, but the 1.85:1 didn't seem enough of a widescreen ratio for my set. Since the dvdfile review didn't mention any problem, I assume it's either my tv or my Samsung DVD-709.

Any insights folks? Thanks in advance...
