I'm playing Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance right now and love it. I love the story so far but I don't know how far I am with regards to the end. According to everyone, (I use the term loosely,) it dies a horrible death at the end. I'm still waiting.

The ending ruins the game, not just in story but in gameplay... nasty nasty ending, flat-out ruins the whole experiance, and most people agree. Be aware.
