Taxi, the "Back and to the left" line is spoken by Kevin Costner when his character Jim Garrison is showing the Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination in court. He constantly replays the shot where Kennedy's hit in the head over and over again. (This is gonna sound gross) Kennedy's head flops "back, and to the left" after he's shot. Garrison repeats that line with every repetition of the clip....hence the repitition of the line.
