Has anyone noticed that quality control in DVD manufacture has gone down a bit in recent months? I have bought several DVDs (most recently Roger Rabbit) that have scratches on them (sometimes very deep scratches that prevent the discs from playing properly). There is no evidence that they have come off of the hubs during transport. This has occured on discs bought online and retail. I first started noticing this in November '02 but to that time I had had no problems.
