Here's what I sent them:

Hi. I placed an order for Men In Black: Limited Edition today, March 9,
because when I went to the page it had a special 50% off sale that came out
to about $20. However, when my order confirmation came via email, I am now
being charged $40. I want to know why my order price has been changed? And
if I can not get the $20 price, then I want my order (#*******) cancelled.
I've heard many a bad thing about Express.com these days and this action
only seems to reaffirm what I've heard. I expect a response from you on
this action.
