For the kind of low-budget film it is, it's a great transfer (open matte full-screen, so blow it up to fill a 16x9 screen for a theatrical effect).
Audio is fine, mono, but good fidelity.
Extras: 15 minute or so Roger Corman interview with Leonard Maltin (does Disney know he moonlights on these kind of titles?), the original theatrical trailer, and previews for a few other Corman Classics (no director commentary as Paul Bartel is dead).
