As was already mentioned if you call the 800 number they will send you a prepaid mailer so that you have to pay nothing to mail them back. Regardless, even in a heavy padded envelope the shipping cost was 83 cents.

Once they receive your discs they mail you a letter letting you know that they got them. They are not going to pretend that they never showed up.
