I just called the (888) number to request my pre-paid mailer. The girl who took my information was nice but if that phone call was any indication of how the disc replacement will go, I'm afraid to send them my precious (defective) discs.
Obviously, the ability to READ was not an important skill to have to get this job.
Like I said, the girl was nice but she was obviously reading from a computer screen or a card or something... and not very well.
Apparently, the Back To The Future Trilogy is now a
tri-OL-ogy and Univeral will be sending me a prepaid en-VEL-ope.
I, too, am now considering giving my defective trilogy away to a family member who could care less about framing and just buying a new set when they are fixed.
Decisions, decisions.
