From the few times I have called the number I can only conclude that Universal hired their phone operators from a pool of people who couldn't make it as NY City cab drivers.

Thank God I got an email confirmation from Universal stating that they received my discs (about 2 1/2 months ago) & I have my postal delivery confirmation slip so those replacements had better be in the mail.
