That was already answered towards the top of this thread.
I just called the 1-888 number. It was pretty funny. The lady wouldn't stop reading off the script (triology!). I'd try to interrupt but she just wouldn't stop talking!
But she couldn't even answer my question: "How long do you think it will take for the prepaid envelope to arrive?" -- a question, that I would guess probably every fourth caller asks.
