Mine were backordered from release day until they shipped them. I've ordered enough "mispriced goods" online to know that when it's backordered, it usually means I'm not getting it, regardless of what's in stock. I find it useless to complain as well so I was just going to wait until they cancelled my order.
Yadda yadda yadda.
They screwed up my order and sent me a PS2 version and a Gamecube one instead of two Gamecube ones. I'm happy with that though. I wanted the PS2 one in the first place for it's online play... so I might just keep it and only sell the Gamecube one.
