Except for the fac that the "best" is having an album that flows excellently, and is still filled with great songs the entire way through. A great deal of Bowie's albums accomplish this, and the wonderful feeling one gets listening to a full album of excellence far exceeds a singles compilation in which different styles and periods of Bowie are just thrown together. Just MHO, of course
