Check out the
Denon DVM-1805. This unit is a 5-disc changer with Faroudja processive scan processing. It's been replaced by the Denon DVM-1815, but that DVM-1815 costs more than your current budget.

If I were you, I would
seriously consider
this one. I don't know what kind of "warm fuzzies" you need about that seller, but that looks like a good price on that unit. I know we're leaving your budget, but this is a good unit to look at, at least for video processing. I've read where the changer on the DVM-1815 was "loud" but outside of that the player performed well.
