Have you considered letting your center channel "come out of the closet" ? (Sorry, couldn't resist!). I would
think it may improve your front stage if it was on the same plane as the FL & FR speakers. Just a thought...
The Sanus rack - does your Pioneer fit ok in that thing? I own a Pioneer too (VSX24-TX) and that puppy is deep. I've found few racks that allow for over 19" of depth (not counting DIY).
And finally, hows-about sharing with us the details on making your own signs?
(PS - you were right.....69's were used in the D.O.H. show - I guess your Dad gets to keep the bike!
