Overall looks nice. A good use of a spare bedroom. Or is that in the basement?
I see that behind the chairs is a dining room. Are you able to close the door between the two areas? Does light bleed in from the other rooms? Is there a door?
Nice set-up, hopefully when I get a house and the wife lets me, I can create something like that as well.

I use a IR/RF/IR repeater to get the IR signal around that corner.
It used to be a 1 car gargage in the basement. We built a large detached 3 car garage and converted the old one into a bedroom at first, now home theater.
The door does close between the two areas. The room is 100 percent light controlled.
Thanks!
