I was over the top for sure. No real hate, she just doesn't jump out as anything beyond ordinary for me yet. But now that you've reminded me for the second time, she WAS fun in The Hot Chick, so maybe I'll let her re-enter the country now. In fact, I'll reserve her a spot on the Canadian Walk of Fame next to Helen Slater!
She did not impress in Mean Girls, so I guess she's 50/50 for me so far since I did not see The Notebook to break the tie. So I'll keep close watch on her upcoming films "The Wedding Crashers" (Ferrel-Vaughn- Wilson combo alert! And Jane Seymore alert!) and especially Wes Craven's "Red Eye" before totally judging Rachel.
