As for photoshop, ask away, I use the program to earn a living.
Okay, assuming the camera is outputing as jpegs, and you have large images the proper procedure for resizeing this this:
In the menu in photoshop, Go Image -> Image Size
You'll see two sections, pixel dimensions and Document Size, just resize one of the values in Pixel Dimensions. You should see that there's a chain or link between the values, this preserves the aspect ratio of width and height. There should also be some check boxes, all should be clicked. So with that right, just set it to a moderate pixel dimension, for these boards go about 650-700 pixels width wise. Since the dimensions are linked the height will automatically be adjusted. Click OK.
Then go up and select Save As... make sure it's of a jpeg. You'll then be present with some JPEG compression option, I think 8-9 is a fine setting for web jpegs.
Then save, I usually upload my photos to
www.imageshack.us
