Unless you're looking for Best Buy's extra DVD, the cheapest place to buy it (according to dvdpricesearch) is amazon.com at 90.30 shipped.
Gotta say, I'm glad I didn't like Voyager that much. I feel like Paramount took enough of my money with TNG and DS9.
FWIW, it's worth checking dvdsoon.com and northamericandvd.com every now and then. There were times that I got TNG and DS9 orders from those shops for well under 90 dollars. I think I once got them for close to 70. Same with X-Files sets.
The one thing about DVDSOON is that they charge your card the day you order the set(s). Furthermore, I've read some bad reviews of their CS. I've never had any problems, but something to keep in mind.
