I'll have to bite my lip and try not to resort to "It's a piece of crap".
Well, everything this film tried to accomplish, it failed miserably at.
Authentic because a thirteen-year-old wrote it? That's like claiming "Rainman" would have been better if it were written by someone that is mentally-disabled.
Reality? The character development was choppy and the after-school message is best left to "Sesame St.".
It was ambitious and the direction this film tried to set is admirable. However, the film itself deserves no attention.
