I won't lie, the films can be a bit "slow" if you're not into the themes and visuals, I have to be in the right "mood" to watch these. However, both films are well done. Partly documentary, partly social commentary...very powerful if you're into it, the music coupled with the visuals lends the piece added depth and resonance. I recommend at least trying to rent these two but do go into it with an open mind and don't expect breakneck pacing, you'll be rewarded for your time. I need to get the third in the trilogy,
