You're probably going to need a program called "DVD region+CSSfree" (or something similar). Unless of course your DVD-rom is codefree. In that case all you need is "DVD-Genie" (free download) to trick Power DVD.

Although... I'm pretty sure Battle Royale is a codefree DVD anyway. So just forget everything I said.
