Springtime? Uh...can't be, I saw this on its opening weekend in September. I was underwhelmed by it and don't think I would buy it, but I too find it really odd that they haven't announced it yet. It was released as part of Mirimax's "clearance" release glut to get a bunch of shelved movies out there in the market before the Weinstiens left in the end of September (others included Brothers Grimm, Great Raid, Proof and etc.), but all of those are either already out on DVD or coming soon (Proof on Valentine's Day, yes!!)
So...even though they clearly don't care much about it or any of the other release-glut releases, as evident by the lack of marketing effort, it IS odd that they seem to be ignoring this one while the others have all made speedy trips to disc.
I dunno.
