I'm sure there are many others, but just off the top of my head, the dam scene in X2 has a good bit of ambient surround effects. Actually, I think the opening scenes of the 1st Xmen, with all the rain, also has a good amount. The X2 scene is one that made one of the cats peer around the room, with her ears flippin' around.
