Did I read Project Zero 3? Is that a crossed synapse or a game I haven't heard of?
Me? I'm playing COD2 even though I didn't finish Gun. I got to the last level and I can't cap MacGruder. Argh. The whole game is simle, and then they throw this last level at me. Oh well.
COD2 has been enjoyable, but to me it just seems like another WWII shooter. I fail to see any gameplay difference. Maybe the teammate AI is a little better - but they're still not great. I think the greatest improvements I've seen are the graphics (duh) and the sheer number of NPCs. There're waves of reinforcements to help back you up. Even if a stupid ally walks into a grenade, there'll be another to take his place in a bit.
Edit - The weapons are really good, too. I like the way snipers rifles work(holding your breath is more fun than a hassle, surprisingly) and I like the way the rifles handle.
Like I said, I'm enjoying it. The tank levels in North Africa while playing as a Brit was cool, but very easy. I'm having fun.
