So, if this is accurate, Alba was down with going topless, at least, and had reservations about baring the booty. She was ok with baring the flesh, if Rodriguez wanted that and he felt it wasn't necessary. Sounds to me like Rodriguez made the change in the interest of telling the story in a "classy" way and changed how Nancy appeared on the stage, not Jessica Alba.
