Contradictory? Her willingness to do it doesn't mean she would have been 100% comfortable with it, but she would have bit the bullet and done it anyway since she respected the story and the director. How is that contradictory?

Yeah, it REALLY sounded like a solid option that could have been pursued! As far as how it would have affected her acting abilities...well it couldn't have hurt her because no one would be seeing how much her acting sucked...they would all be looking at things elsewhere.

Well, when she was dancing she wasn't talking, just looking sexy when she danced. I'm not sure how much acting was at work during those parts.

When she had dialogue, she was clothed so maybe she needs clothes to remember her lines?
