This is where I differ from a lot of film fans. Although I am well aware that I don’t really know any of these people, I form attachments to certain filmmakers and actors. Not in an unhealthy, sleeping outside their house kind of way, but some of these people have meant a great deal to me and I would be upset if they were caused pain or their career fizzled because of a stupid decision. That’s why I care.
