I guess that's one of those in the eye of the beholder type of things. To me there are several must have films out on HD-DVD. In fact, when Full Metal Jacket was mentioned as one of the possible early titles for the format, it alone made it worth buying a player to me. FMJ, Unforgiven, Million Dollar Baby and Syriana are all outstanding films.
