Well, it IS a CRT, RPTV. Cathod Ray Tube Rear Projection TV. The CRT is the display Technology, and RPTV is the type.

It may use CRT projectors, but I wouldn't call that a CRT HDTV, I would call it a RPTV HDTV. (As apposed to my Sony Wega HDTV, which is a CRT TV.)

Goes back to...it's a CRT RPHDTV, if you want to get REAL technical
