I actually decided to try using the sub that way after seeing someone else on here do it. And to my surprise it sounds a lot better. The bass seems more clean or natural with it firing toward the wall. I'm working on getting the fronts raised though. I'm trying to decide if I want to build some stands or put up the money and buy some.
