I think the BD players are doing the decoding for this, since there are no DTS-HD receivers yet. However, I'm not sure that the PS3 can do this. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

EDIT: The PS3 does not internally decode DTS-HD. However, it may be able to with a future firmware upgrade.

Well, I guess I have to buy a new receiver/processor in the near future for these new audio format. My receiver neither have HDMI nor 5.1 analog, but it does just about everything else. DTS ES, DD EX.. etc.

I'm planning to add a new amp anyway, maybe sometime down the road.. when the format war is "over," then I'll plunge down some cash to get the appropriate processor. Right now, I'm content with DVD and I don't see any reason yet to get either HD-DVD or Blu-Ray just because I can't afford both.
