Need some help from the experts..
I am having trouble getting my upconvert to work from my new dvd player. Here is the setup -

DVD Player is the Oppo 970HD connected via component. I have the hacked firmware installed to allow upconvert through component.
I also have a Onkyo TX-SR604 receiver.
The screen seems out of sync. I can see two images of the screen side by side, but blurry. It looks like a computer screen when it is out its frequency. I will try to post a picture if I am not explaining this very well.
My TV can handle a 720P signal, at least coming from my digital set top box. The picture is the same from the dvd connected directly to the tv or through the receiver.
Is there something I need to connect to, to "clean up" the signal or am I SOL with my current TV. Thanks for the help.
