Ok, I have no clue when it was released since I never saw an announcement for it but Amazon has shipped my HD DVD copy of District B13 today. Amazon also lists my order for Bubble, War Within, Enron, One Last Thing, & Lost City for delivery in mid-June.
Don't know if that's enough to be on the master list but there you go.
