There is one scene, where Chris Tucker's character makes his first appearance. There were all these black specks and dirt flickering in and out. It looked like it was in the movie itself. Does anyone know what i'm talking about? It looked pretty bad to me.

Yep, that's why it was pretty much panned by everyone. It was a dirty transfer.
