On my two Fox BDs, I noticed this:

Kingdom of Heaven: MPEG-2 @ 24MBPS - 194 minutes

The Transporter: MPEG-2 @ 18MBPS - 92 Minutes

Couldn't the bitrate on The Transporter be WAY higher?
