If so, this is just pathetic. Can't somebody get this product right for once? I am tired of having to consider buying the same thing over and over. I do have the Rhinos, but they take up too much room. I would rather have the 15 DVD tin set, since it is claimed to look and sound better, as well as take up less space.

hello i have the wooden set tin set.. the tin set is buy far the better of the two. and EP24 does play ok and can be switched to English. in fact on my ten set English is default setting...and the menu is different then the wood box....
