This doesn't make sense because of the conversation between Linc and the Susan B Anthony chick afterwards, saying she didn't want to do it, it was horrible, but she would do the same thing to LJ if Linc didn't listen to her again.
If Sara comes back, it would be as a flashback or a dream/nightmare sequence as they did with Haywire.
