I doubt if there will be some sort of 'Deus ex Machina' plot development to bring her back. It would not only ring false, but be plain ridiculous. In fact, it would sour me on the program nearly as much as I've become soured on Lost with all it's bizarre manipulations to the characters and plot.

I see the death of Sara as eventually a source of conflict between the two brothers, since Linc could not bring himself to tell Michael about it and wanted to be sure he could at least save his son.
