The mounts will enable me to move left or right 180 degrees, as well as tilt them up or down 7 degrees. Right now I'm leaning towards moving the speakers up a whole speaker height and that's it. That's roughly 1ft to 1 1/2 ft.
The speakers I have are just bookshelves - Polk Audio RT5's.
