Also, it was mentioned at AVS that when parts like the light engine are replaced, that the tech is suppose to go into the service menu and make adjustments to make sure everything is running at an optimum level. The tech didn't go into the service menu either yesterday or the last time he was here and it was the same guy. Are they really suppose to do this after replacing parts? I want to be sure before I ask samsung about this.
